Died Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at the age of 91 as a resident of Concordia in Fox Chapel. Blanche, the first of ten children, was born of Marion and Bernarda (Kwolek) Gasiorowski May 16, 1924. Missy worked as a Pittsburgh crossing guard at the corner of 14th and Sarah Sts. for over 30 years and was a lifelong resident of South Side of Pittsburgh. Blanche married Michael "Do" Dunik and gave birth to two daughters, Linda and Patricia "Cookie". She was a wonderful mom and grandmother to her family, had a good sense of humor, and many admired her for her strength of character. She said, "I am too easy going" and she had a strong faith and love for Jesus. Her daughter, Linda, is married to Ken Surdick and Cookie is married to Dennis O'Neill. Blanche has five grandchildren, Heather (Jared) Miller, Rachel (Kevin) Schaffer, Lauren (Roy) Howard, Michael O'Neill and Sarah O'Neill.
