On Tuesday, June 21, 2016 of Carrick.  Husband of Eleanor (Ellie Mikula) Evans; father of Barbie (Kevin) Hollen, Christy (George) Ambler, Jeanene (Tom) Hughes; stepfather of Ron (Joanna) Michalak; brother of Tina (Mark) Nickl and the late Donna Tolon.  Also survived by nine grandchildren and two great -grandchildren.  Friends received at the John J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Ltd. 119 South 15th Street, South Side Sunday and Monday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Where the funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.
