On Sunday, April 16, 2017, of South Side.  Husband of Heather Dietz; father of Ashley Dietz; son of Diana (Harry Meyer) Nykiel and the late Frank Nykiel; brother of Julie (Don) Devlin and the late Gregory and Frankie Nykiel; grandson of Ruth Skrydlewski; son-in-law of Kathi Nester Werkstein; uncle of Kaylin and Daryle Devlin and April Coll; aslo survived by Talen, Owen and Brayden; grandson of Ruth Skrydlewski; nephew of Gerry Bielich; close friend of Ronald and Jody Joseph.  Friends received at the John J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Ltd., 119 S. 15th St., South Side on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Friday at (time later)
