Age 88, on Saturday, April 22, 2017, formerly of South Side, wife of the late John Costello; mother of Jackie (Hank) Stevens, Regis Costello, Gilbert (Cathie) Costello, and the late Donna Yankus; grandmother of Jason (Michelle) Stevens, Amy (Jim) Hage, Wendy Parsons, Kevin Costello, Robert Abbott and Paige Costello; also survived by seven great- grandchildren.  Friends received at the John J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Ltd.,  119 South 15th St., South Side on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  Funeral prayer on Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Apostles Parish , St. Albert the Great Church, at 10:30 a.m.  The family would like to thank the staff at Oakleaf Personal Care Home for the compassionate care of their mother .
