PETERS, CHARLES A. "CHUCK"  On Saturday, June 13, 2015, of South Side.  Husband of the late Georgina Chamberlain Peters; father of Charles "Chip" Peters, Stewart (Tracy) Peters and Anne Elizabeth "Penny" (Hunter) Hagerty; loving companion of Barbara Degyansky; brother of William H. Peters of Naperville, IL and the late Clarence "Pete" Peters; grandfather of Sean Botsford, Campbell "Camie" and Samuel Peters and Abigail "Abby" and Parker Hagerty.  Friends received at the JOHN J. GMITER FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 119 S. 15th St., South Side on Tuesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at 5:30 p.m.  A Traditional Irish Wake in Chuck's honor will be held at Charlie Murdochs, 1005 E. Carson St., immediately following the Service until 9 p.m.  Chuck was Director of the Allegheny County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Program, also retired US MC.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Georgina and Chuck Peters Scholarship fund at the Brashear Association.
