Age 89, passed peacefully on Good Friday, April 10, 2020, at Squirrel Hill Wellness Center, Assisted by Bridges Hospice. He was the son of Anthony Olup and Mary (Oldynski) Olup; preceded in death by Sisters Ann and Helen; also by Brothers Stanley, Anthony, Bernard and Eugene. He is survived by his brother and caregiver, Thomas (Carole) Olup and his family: Jeffrey (Louise) Olup and Kenneth (Dana) Olup and many cousins, nieces and nephews. There is no visitation. Future services will be determined. Eddy was a life-long Pittsburgher who enjoyed the Steelers and Pirates on TV. His handyman occupation helped his father repair and maintain houses on the South Side of Pittsburgh.
