Janet E. McLaughlin

Janet, 86, of South Side, on May 31, 2023.  Born September 14, 1936, daughter of the late Paul and Kathryn McLaughlin.  Beloved sister of Nancy (the late, Richard) Lindley, and the late Paul McLaughlin and Lila McLaughlin.  Aunt to Karen Lindley, Clayton (Melissa) Lindley, and the late Colin Lindley.  Cousin to Berniece (Robert) Boyle.  She is also survived by many devoted friends.  Endearing pet mom to her beloved dog, Shea.  Friends received at the John J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Ltd., 119 South 15th Street, South Side on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 9 am with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Adalbert Church, Mary, Queen of Peace Parish at 10 am.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Animal Friends, 582 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, PA  15237.
