Ksenia Plaks

On Saturday, May 11, 2024, Ksenia Plaks passed away at the age of 98 surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She was the wife of the late Pantelejmon Plaks.  Ksenia is survived by her 4 children, 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.  She loved her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  Family and friends will be received at the John J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Ltd, 119 South 15th Street, Pittsburgh, PA, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 4-8 pm, with Parastas beginning at 6 pm on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.  Divine Liturgy will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at 10 am at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 109 S. 7th Street, Pittsburgh, PA.  Burial to follow at St. John the Baptist Cemetery on Churchview Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15227.  "Vichnaya Pamyat".
