Age 58.  On Wednesday, April 14, 2021 of Carrick, formerly of South Side.  Mother of Susan Marie (Teddy) Polanowski.  Daughter of the late Eva and Frank Zamulevic.  Sister of Diane (Mike) Cassata and the late Frank R. and Joseph P. Zamulevic.   Sister-in-Law of Diane L. Zamulevic.  Grandmother of Karly M. Polanowski and Theo W. Polanowski.  Aunt of Erica (Dave Morgan) and Rachael Zamulevic, Michael, Nathaniel, and Nicholas Cassata.  Great Aunt of Riley and Dayton Morgan.  Friends received at the John J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Ltd, 119, South 15th Street, South Side on Sunday, April 18, 2021 from 4-6 pm and Monday, April 19, 2021 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm.  Funeral Prayer on Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 9 am.  Mass of Christian Burial at St. Adalbert Church, Mary, Queen of Peace Parish at 10:00 am.
