On Tuesday, December 15, 2020, of West Mifflin, formerly of Jacksonville, Florida. Wife of the late Donald J. Kosakowski. Mother of Donna (Terry) Harshman, Leon Kosakowski and Father Ben; preceded in death by her daughter, Joann. Sister of Patricia Shockey, Bruce (Kaori) Shockey, and Bonnie (John) Tkach. Also survived by Grandchildren Zachary (Kasey), Rachel, Jessica, Matthew, Emily and Shane. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial to be held at a future date. Arrangements made by John J. Gmiter Funeral Home, Ltd.
