Nubia (Barsanti)

Age 94, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026, of the South Side neighborhood of Pittsburgh.

Beloved wife of the late Dino Bonacchi.

Born in  Bagni Di Lucca, Italy, where she eventually worked in a shop making nativity figurines. After moving to Pittsburgh, she worked for a small statuary business. She enjoyed spending time in her backyard, tending to flower and vegetable gardens, and especially caring for her fig tree.

She will be dearly missed by her son, daughter, friends, and her playful little cat.
