On Sunday, May 5, 2024, of South Side. Husband of Nina Rzymski. Son of the late Frank and Lucinda Carey. Brother of Thomas (Peggy) Carey, and the late Francis Carey. Also survived by niece Dr. Kristen (Gabriel) Seaman, and their sons Connor, Brendan, and DeClan, and nephew Michael (Bernadette) Carey and their daughter, Cosette. Also loved by Sandy and Jim Velte; Rosemarie, Donnie, and Ashley Hunter; Stephen Rzymski and Donna Barbieri; and Christie and Roger Shulin. Pat and I were tremendously helped by our neighbors Bill and Peg Barron; Pebbles and Ray Worthington; Beverly; Ivan and Rachel; Marc and Josie Pitta; Michele Fagan; and our friend and Z Trip driver, Mark, who was always there for me and Pat, day or night. Special, special thanks to Debbie DiBucci (Dino Ciabattoni), who without her constant presence, help, and love, I could not have been able to survive this. God bless you all! Pat always appreciated what you did for him. Pat was an artist who painted and sketched people who most saw as invisible. He loved our home in the Southside. He loved me to pieces, and I loved him in the beginning, I love him now, and I will always love him. Pat's spirit will live on forever. Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Adalbert Church, Mary, Queen of Peace Parish on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, please have a memorial mass said for Pat.
